Friday Morning Yoga (virtual)

A gentler yoga practice, focusing on breath connection and mindful movement.

Growing strength and flexibility from a place of safety, and without judgement.

This is a great practice to let go of what you've been carrying through the week, to move into the weekend with less stress and more connection.

This class is appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Recommended props: a yoga mat and two yoga blocks (if you don't have blocks, you can use two full paper towel rolls!) A thin blanket to fold up to sit on or cushion knees could also be helpful.

Yoga Form & Flow (virtual)

This practice will focus on building strength and flexibility, stability and mobility, and body-breath connection. Lots of alignment cues will be offered to create a safe place for your body and mind to find where it needs to be in the moment.

Recommended props: a yoga mat and two yoga blocks (if you don't have blocks, you can use two full paper towel rolls!)

Move and Rest (virtual)

A great way to prepare for a restful evening. This 75-minute practice will begin with some movement and flow, and then shift into a restorative practice, with comfortable poses held for several minutes to allow the body to relax, and the nervous system to regulate into a restful place.

Recommended props for this class are a mat, 2 blocks, a bolster, and 2 blankets. (if you don't have a bolster, you can use a few extra blankets.)

More than the Poses (virtual)

This practice steps beyond the yoga Asanas(poses) most prevalent in most yoga classes, and brings more focus to the other limbs of yoga.

Exploring things such as Pranayama(breathwork), Dharana(concentration) and Dhyana(meditation), the Yamas and Niyamas(personal ethics and practices of the yogic journey).

Each week this class will have a different focus, and it will be a safe space to explore the many ways yoga can bring both ease and challenge.

Recommended props for this practice: a mat, and a few blankets or a cushion for a comfortable, grounded seat.

taking a pause from the hustle and noise of life, this one hour practice is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and bring our focus into gratitude. Gentle movements, breathwork, and restorative poses will be used to create space inside ourselves, letting go of the hustle and the stuff, and bringing in gratitude and connection.

Recommended props: yoga mat, 2 blocks(or 2 paper towel rolls), and 1-2 blankets.
